Is this a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions and hands the work back to you. This is an operations layer wired into your CRM, email, calendar, files, and website. It does the work itself. It sends the email you approved. It builds quotes with your real pricing. It books the meeting. It drives a real browser through back-office portals that have no API. Finished work, not suggestions.
What does it replace?
Nothing on day one. It starts as a layer on top of everything you already run. Over time, one at a time and only when you are ready, it can take over jobs you pay other tools or agencies for, and you decide what to retire. The end state is one login and one bill, from one system that knows your business. Your payment processing and your domain stay yours, forever.
Who controls what it can do?

From you we need access to the systems you want it to see. We also need some time with the person who knows where everything is. From there it expands tier by tier, each step earning the next.
What happens if it makes a mistake?
Nothing leaves the building without a person approving it first. The approved version is exactly what goes out. That is how the system is built, not a setting someone can forget. Back-office work captures evidence as it runs. Everything is logged. Deletes leave a trail. Your people stay in the loop. That is the point of the whole company.
I spent years in medicine and the last decade teaching people to pass the hardest exam of their lives.
