Terms of service.

Exapta provides a chat workspace for businesses: messaging, file and photo attachments, and announcements, with custom systems built and maintained for each client under a separate agreement.

You sign in with a code sent to your email address. Keep those codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Use the service for lawful business. Do not post unlawful content. Do not harass or abuse other people through the service. Do not upload content you have no right to share. Do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service.

Messages and files you submit stay yours. You are responsible for them. You give us the permission needed to store, transmit, and display them so the service can work, and for no other purpose.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, 1 Source Medicine, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
